Hammer Union Fittings
Our high-pressure Hammer Unions are manufactured using internationally advanced technology. Forged from high-strength alloy steel and subjected to a strict heat treatment process, they ensure a uniform metallurgical structure and superior pressure integrity. The materials comply with ASTM and AISI standards, while all technical specifications meet API Spec 6A requirements.
These unions are available with various end connections, including pipeline thread, tubing thread, butt-weld, and compress-seal types.
Standard models include 100#, 200#, 206#, 207#, 400#, 600#, 602#, 1002#, 1003#, 1502#, and 2202#.
Fig 50 Hammer Union
Recommended for air, water, oil, or gas service to 500 PSI. Standard subs are threaded for API line pipe.
Fig 100 Hammer Union
Recommended for air, water, oil, or gas service to 1000 PSI. Standard subs are threaded for API line pipe.
